  1. What do I do when there are errors in test reporting? IE: administer writes of student norms based on grade 7 when student is in grade 8. When student doesn't try, openly says they're going to rush through the test, and the administer still moves forward with the testing, writing, test results can't be standardized based on the student's performance. And the test results are lower in scores than than when administered three years ago. Second test administer does only one observation, and it looks like student was compared to another special education student as the control student. How do we move forward with triennial when we have no confidence in test results?
