Timeline for reconvening an IEP meeting

How long does the school have to set up a IEP meeting to finish going over goals, etc after it's been reconvened? It's been a week now and haven't heard back from the school so was wondering. It would be on a 3 year re-evaluation.  Thanks.

The IEP should be done by the annual renewal date.

So the new IEP should be fully completed and signed by the date of the old IEP end date?

Yes, the IEP annual renewal date. I'd use that as your nudge. "I'm asking when our next meeting is, because I see that the annual IEP renewal date of Oct 15 is quickly approaching......"
