I’m 49 and mother to Charlie my 10 year old ASD son and I have  7 year old daughter.  His main health problem is acid reflux and  main challenge is anxiety around things going wrong. 
I have probably learned more in this last year and a half than all the previous ones put together! From books and summits to online courses I’ve literally not stopped. My perspective has changed ,  my home is calmer and I worry far less ( except for the reflux- that still makes my heart sink!)
