We have an IEP mtg scheduled shortly before thanksgiving. This means our 10 day deadline to return the signed PWN will occur during the holiday week when the district is closed.
can an email be sent with a copy of the signed PWN on or before the 10 day deadline since emails naturally have a date/time stamp?
In my eyes, this is proof that you submitted on time but is it legally permissible? If so, where can I find this law?
I can certainly drop the hard copy off when the district reopens but they’ll be closed when the 10 day deadline hits and I’m not sure how to handle this and I am not open to only have two days to review the IEP and sign/return before the district closes for the holiday.
