I have never been able to find a good exec functioning curriculum.

Not the answer you want to hear, but the best success that my families have had is privately hiring an exec functioning coach.

I did interview one on facebook live a few years ago, which may give some tips you can use.

My 9th grader has a study skills class that addresses some executive functioning skills, keeping track of assignments, goal setting, planning long term assignments, note-taking, study techniques, and self-advocacy. The study skills class seems to be standard for kids on IEPs in my son's school and goes over general EF skills many students need, but not necessarily the specific ones for each student. I have  hired an EF coach through Outschool that has helped with specific things my son needs, like essay-writing and multistep math problems.
